If you have had trouble viewing the animation for this structure recently, I noticed the latest update to flash had caused it to stop loading. However, it is now working again. Please post if you have any trouble with it.

I have Java installed, but still only the gif is shown!
Will it be updated to HTML5?

I was browsing and saw your post. I am no longer part of the CAMS group (I left several years ago), and so of course I am not informed of plans for site updates. But yes, it's true that the Jmol viewing feature will not work with browsers of the past few years, and so the animated gif and any optional jpegs are the available viewing options.

I personally use the standalone Jmol viewer (downloaded from http://jmol.sourceforge.net/, and running the Jmol.jar file) to interact with data files that I have downloaded. However, some of the text files must be edited.
